Returns window

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery for products that are unused, in original packaging and with tags attached.

Items we cannot take back

• Bats that have been knocked in, oiled or used.
• Custom printed team wear.
• Inner gloves, abdominal guards and other hygiene items once opened.
• Products on clearance sale.

Damaged or wrong item

If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, WhatsApp us photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a free replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the returned item, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.
